The ultrasonic cleaning tank is composed of an inner tank and a shell. In structure, it is necessary to make the ultrasonic wave less blocked and the cleaning liquid easy to flow. The size of the inner groove depends on the size and shape of the cleaning parts.
The total surface area of the cleaning parts shall be larger than the volume of the inner groove. The electric power strength of the radiation plate (such as the groove bottom plate) with the transducer is generally lower than 1.5W? Cm2 (when using the voltage transducer, most of them should be between 0.5-1w / cm2). Too high intensity will accelerate the cavitation corrosion on the surface of the radiation plate. At the same time, the bubbles produced by too severe cavitation will affect the energy transfer, so that the sound intensity of the liquid space far away from the radiation surface becomes weak and the purpose of uniform cleaning cannot be achieved.
