High frequency industrial ultrasonic for precision motherboard cleaning 80khz
The frequency of ultrasonic cleaning is from 10 kHz to 100 kHz. When using water or water cleaning agent, the physical cleaning force caused by cavitation is obviously beneficial to the low frequency. Generally, 15-30 kHz is used. For parts with small clearance, slit and deep hole, it is better to use high frequency (generally above 40KHz), or even several hundred kHz. When cleaning clock parts, use 400kHz. If wide band FM cleaning is used, the effect is better
The parts with a large amount of dirt to be cleaned generally need to be pre cleaned by means of immersion, spray, etc. After most of the dirt is removed, the rest of the dirt is cleaned by ultrasonic, and the effect is good. When cleaning small and complex shaped objects (parts), if the cleaning net is used or the cleaning objects are rotated, the vibration and ultrasonic radiation can be used to get even cleaning.
